JAMMU, Nov 18: Institute of Management Sciences, Jammu today organized an Interactive session on “Entrepreneurship and Innovation” by Vishal Ray, Head, Centre for Innovation, Incubation and Business Modelling (CIIBM) , JKEDI.
He is a Certified Master Trainer for Food Micro and Small Enterprise by MOFPI. He has 15 years of experience with a demonstrated history of working in the field of Entrepreneurship and Skill Development, Coaching,Strategic Planning, and Business Development.
The guest speaker highlighted the scenario regarding entrepreneurship and innovation in the current economic environment.
The guest lecture was attended by the students and faculty of BBA and MBA courses.
The session started with a warm welcome to Vishal Ray who was presented with a bouquet by Dr. Meenakshi Sharma, Director IMS as a token of appreciation. This was followed by an hour-long session by the guest of honour where he interacted with students with regards to the start-up culture.
He motivated the students to recognise the impact of innovation and answered their various queries . The session was concluded by Prof J R Dhotra with his valuable words. He acknowledged the guest’s invaluable insights and presented the formal vote of thanks.
