UDHAMPUR, May 29: In a rarest act of honesty Udhampur Police returned a purse with amount rupees 11100 to the real owner.
According to the information a woman who was suffering from loose motion was on her way to check up. In the meantime her purse fell some where in the hospital premises.
A police constable, Narinder Kumar found the purse and subsequently handed over to the SHO Udhampur.
After cross-checking the credentials of the woman and the address and phone number which was in the purse. Police immediately call her and handed over the purse in presence of SHO Arjun Singh Chib and DSP Gourav Mahajan.
The lady has been identified as Fazo wife of Rehman resident of Omara Morh Udhampur.
