Randhawa holds series of meetings in Gandhi Nagar

JAMMU, Apr 9: Member Legislative Council (MLC), Ch. Vikram Randhawa, launched aggressive campaign in Gandhi Nagar Assembly segment on the last day of the campaign for Jammu-Poonch Lok Sabha constituency today.
The polling for Jammu-Poonch Lok Sabha seat is scheduled to take place on April 11 and the campaign ended today evening. On the last day of the campaign for this seat Randhawa launched aggressive campaign for sitting MP and BJP candidate, Jugal Kishor Sharma.
During his campaign Randhawa addressed series of meeting at various places in Jammu which include Narwal Bala, Trikuta Nagar, Preet Nagar and Model Town.
While addressing public at these places Randhawa launched scathing attack on the Congress party for playing with the sentiments of the people. He said that Gandhi Nagar constituency has elected a Congress Legislator for two consecutive terms who is now Congress candidate for Jammu-Poonch Lok Sabha seat but the needy and poor were always ignored by him.
He said that Congress plays vote bank politics but BJP believes in ‘Sabka Sath Sabka Vikas’ and enlisted various welfare schemes launched for the poor and needy in the last five years rule of the party under Prime Minister, Narendra Modi.
Randhawa said that Modi is a visionary Prime Minister who works 18 to 20 hours a day for the betterment of the nation and what the nation has achieved in all these five years is before us. He urged the people to vote in favour of BJP candidate, Jugal Kishor Sharma so that the country once again gets a stable Government at the Centre.
Others who accompanied MLC include S.Gurdeep Singh, S.Maninder Singh, Jyoti Parkash, Amit Gupta, Maan Singh, Varinder Gupta, Lakhvinder Singh.
