RAMNAGAR, Nov 2: J&K National Panthers Party (JKNPP) chairman, Harshdev Singh has claimed that Ramnagar people have suffered utter neglect and deprivation during the last five years in matters of development.
“Not a single new worthwhile development project has been sanctioned during the period for Ramnagar while the ongoing schemes too had become defunct besides all developmental activity in rural areas having come to a grounding halt,” he maintained.
Speaking at a function in Ramnagar to felicitate the newly elected BDCs Chairpersons of JKNPP, Harshdev said that shabby, dilapidated roads and chaotic power network had caused huge resentment amongst common masses with none to take cognizance of repeated public complaints.
Assuring the people of a fair deal under JKNPP rule in Local Bodies of Ramnagar, Singh said that BDCs’ elections had marked the end of an era of corruption and criminality in Ramnagar.
JKNPP chairpersons of BDCs—Des Raj, chairman BDC Ramnagar; Darshan Kumar, BDC Latti; Neelam Devi, BDC Parli Dhar; Gita Devi, BDC Chanunta; Sushma Devi, BDC Kulwanta; Dina Nath, BDC Majalta and Om Prakash, BDC Khoon were presented mementos and bouquets by Harsh Dev.
