Rajesh Gupta for people’s cooperation in development

JAMMU, Feb 7: Senior BJP leader and MLA Jammu East Rajesh Gupta today kick-started the lintel work of Devi Dwara Community Hall here at Malhotra Street in Ward No.11 of his Constituency. The estimated cost of the construction of this developmental work is approximately Rs 10.5 lakh.
When completed, the community hall will cater to the needs of people in solemnizing religious and social functions. Speaking on the occasion, the MLA Jammu East assured that he will strive to create an infrastructure which will help in enhancing the facilities and will provide fillip to the much required support system capable of serving the people at their doorsteps. Stressing on the developmental agenda of BJP, Rajesh said that he will not take rest until Jammu East Constituency is transformed into a Model constituency. He sought people’s cooperation and suggestions in accomplishing the job to make this area unique as far as developmental profile is concerned.
Earlier, welcoming the MLA, office bearers of Devi Dwara Mandir Committee including President Baldev Anand, Chairman Vijay Saraf and secretary Ramesh Suri complimented the newly elected representative Rajesh Gupta for his proactive approach in transforming infrastructure which was in shambles to an edifice which can cater to the hiked needs of today’s society. They said, “with the start of work on this community hall, the local MLA has fulfilled the long pending demand of the people”. “His sincere efforts and dedicated line of action will surely usher an era of development in the constituency”, the committee members hoped.
