Rajesh Gupta kick starts upgradation of lanes, drains

JAMMU, July 8: MLA East, Rajesh Gupta kick started the upgradation of lanes and drains in mohalla Pratapgarh in Kanak Mandi Ward No 15.The estimated cost of the project is about  Rs 3.5 lakh. The area is congested but commercial in nature and the upgradation work of the area was the immediate need of the hour as the place is visited by a large number of people for business purposes.
Members of the Traders Association expressed gratitude to the MLA for taking keen interest for the development of the Jammu East Constituency. Leaders of the Kanak Mandi Traders Association included Vijay Gupta President, Raghubir Gupta, Aneesh, Ram Charan Gupta, Mahavir Aggarwal, Kuldeep Raj Gupta and Pradeep Sharma.
Rajesh Gupta, while speaking on the occasion said that he is working with a vision in his mind whereby the entire area of the Jammu east would be developed on a modern and scientific basis. Lack of sufficient open spaces is creating a problem but then we have to work within these constraints and yet create a better environment for the people to live and conduct day to day business.
Rajesh Gupta said that India today is one of the fastest growing major economies in the world and the day is not far when our country would become a developed economy at par with other super powers.
