KATHUA Aug 16: Police Station Rajbagh succeeded in foiling bovine smuggling bid and rescued nine bovine animals today.
Acting swiftly on specific information , a team of Border Police Post Hariachak under the directions of Inspector Devinder Singh, SHO Police Station, Rajbagh during patrolling duty seized one truck bearing Registration Number PB06F-8541 carrying bovine animals. In this process Police saved 9 bovine animals being smuggled in the truck.
Accordingly police registered a case FIR No 200/2018 U/s 188 RPC , 3 PCA Act and has started investigation.
