JAMMU, July 8: A delegation of PHDCCI Jammu, led by Chairman Rahul Sahai, held a meeting with Devansh Yadav, Managing Director, JKTPO at his office in Udyog Bhawan Jammu and briefed him about various events PHD Chamber is organising in which JKTPO can take part.
Mr Sahai also shared his views on collaboration with each other and mentioned that there was need to connect with local unit holders. He further said that there was need to enhance skill development in J&K also.
Rahul Sahai informed Mr Yadav that PHDCCI is organising a Multi Product Exhibition in Kashmir in the month of July 2022. He also informed that on similar lines, PHDCCI Jammu Chapter is also planning an exhibition in Jammu in March 2023, for which proper space has to be finalized and sought support of JKTPO in this regard.
Mr Yadav, in his response, suggested few places which come under his department and also showed keen interest in collaborating with other relevant events. He asked Mr Sahai if PHD Chamber could do some events to showcase the silk products of J & K as they see great potential in silk items of J&K to further promote it.
Mr Sahai extended full support and cooperation of PHDCCI in this regards. Mr Yadav appreciated the work done by PHDCCI J&K and extended full support in future too.
From the PHDCCI Secretariat, Kamal Khurana and Amarpreet Singh were also present in the meeting.
