JAMMU, Dec 28: Retd KAS officer RC Puri today took over the charge of Secretary Red Cross Jammu Region from Anil K Padha.
While welcoming RC Puri, Anil K Padha apprised him about the functioning of the Red Cross Regional office.
General secretary, Indian Red Cross Society, J&K Roma Wani took an introductory meeting with the officers and officials of State Branch and Regional Office.
Roma urged upon the officers/officials to work with utmost zeal to serve the humanity.
RC Puri has worked in various capacities in the administration, including Horticulture, Rural Development and Employment, etc.
Later, a farewell party was also organized by State Branch of Red Cross to accord farewell to the outgoing Secretary, Red Cross.
