RAJOURI, June 15: Alleging failure of Jal Shakti Mechanical Department in providing adequate water supply, the residents of Rahdhani are without water supply for the last couples of days.
They said that several times the matter was brought to the notice of the concerned authorities of Mechanical department, but nothing has been done till today.
“We staged protests many times to highlight our grievance but no action was taken in this regard till date”, the residents alleged.
The locals demanded regular supply of drinking water in the area. They said that they are not getting water supply for the last couple of days and concerned department is paying no heed towards this issue. They demanded that the local employees must be transferred to other blocks.
