JAMMU, Sept 19: A delegation of Samajwadi Party (Minority Forum) led by Inder Ji Labroo its State president visited the various villages of Shangus Constituency where the members of Kashmiri Pandit community are still residing.
Labroo visited Ranipora, Khulchar, Achabal, Nowgam, Chhatergul and other villages and interacted with the members of minority community there. While highlighting the problems of the people of Khul Chur and Ranipora, Labroo demanded construction of protection bund along the nallah flowing through Pandit Mohalla to protect the inhabitations from the floods.
He also demanded opening of ration depots in Khul and Ranipora, opening of tailoring and cutting centers and opening of Anaganwari centre in Pandit Mohalla of the area.
He said people in Valley are now fed up with violence and want restoration of peace and return of Pandit brothers.
