DODA, Mar 30: The third Co-ordination Committee meeting was held today under the chairmanship of Principal District & Sessions Judge, Bhaderwah, Virender Singh Bhou.
The meeting was attended by Deputy Commissioner, Doda, Vikas Sharma, Senior Superintendent of Police, district Doda, Abdul Qayoom, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Bhaderwah, district Doda, Dil Mir Chowdhary, Deputy Director, Prosecution, district Doda, Ravinder Kumar Rao, in charge Superintendent District Jail, Bhaderwah, Executive Engineer PWD, (R&B) Doda, Ayoub Wani, Executive Engineer PWD, (R&B) Bhaderwah, district Doda, Jawad-ul-Hassan, District Social Welfare Officer, District Doda, Zubair Ahmed and Chief Judicial Magistrate, Prem Sagar, who is Secretary of Co-ordination Committee.
Various agendas pertaining to ways and means for effecting efficiency and timely rendering of justice to the litigants, infrastructural and other difficulties faced by Judicial Institution and other stake holders of district Doda were taken up. Threadbare discussion and methodology as well as action to be taken within specified time limit were also considered in the meeting. Besides, coordination of district administration and police administration in implementation of various legal awareness schemes were discussed. Issue of installation of cameras in all the courts of district Doda for the purpose of surveillance and security was also discussed.
It was resolved in the meeting that the difficulties faced by the stake holders will be worked out in the time frame manner and also work out modalities for the same.
