JAMMU, Aug 20: With a view to provide banking services at the door step of masses, Punjab National Bank today dedicated two more branches in Jammu city at Narwal & Bohri.
B M Fazili, Deputy General Manager, Punjab National Bank, J&K Circle inaugurated both the premises in presence of a large gathering including prominent citizens of the area. With this the total network of the Bank has gone up to 103
While interacting with the people, Mr. Fazili said that along with providing the best of banking services through these branches, Bank is also opening two ATMs in these branches. Narwal branch is located on the national highway and tourists as well as pilgrims can get the maximum benefit from this ATM, he added.
“With our commitment to provide banking facilities at the nearest possible locations, we have come to serve you at your doorsteps to ensure you reap the benefits of financing and latest banking facilities in the form of Internet Banking & Mobile Banking”, Mr. Fazili said while urging people to take advantage of the new branch & banks customer friendly products.
Mr. Fazili informed that bank is widening its network of branches in unbanked areas of the state and very soon it is opening its new branch in Chowglmser, Leh. Bank is also strengthening its network of 131 ATMs by adding 15 new ATMs in this financial year, he added.
The people from the area appreciated the efforts of the Bank to open state of art branches and ATMs at Narwal & Bohri.
