KATHUA, Dec 21: Continuing its spree to digitalization in banking, Dr Rakesh Gupta, Zonal Manager, PNB today inaugurated ATM at Dayala Chak thereby taking the total number of ATMs across the State to 147.
While speaking on the occasion, he apprised the gathering of the initiatives of the bank in the field of digitalization. “As an institution we are dedicated to provide world class products and hassle free services to our customers. These inaugurations are not only part of our deepening the digital foot-prints here but the focus is real blend of convenience and comfort of the people that remain at the heart of our every service delivery policy”, he added.
He informed the gathering about the services available on PNB ATMs like fund transfer, bills payment besides cash withdrawal. With the inauguration of ATM at Dayala Chak, the demand of the local people for the same stands met and the banking transaction convenience shall be available to them 24×7.
Zonal Manager also exhorted the gathering to avail the benefits of social security schemes and avail loans to meet their business needs under Agriculture, Mudra, and stand up schemes. He also highlighted the contribution made by PNB under PNB Laadli, PNB Ujalla and PNB Kissan Balak Shiksha Protsahan Yojna.
BS Raina, Circle head, Jammu circle informed the gathering about the initiatives of Jammu Circle under financial literacy for making the people aware of digital products and requested the people to fully utilize the services of the Punjab National Bank. Madan Lal Sharma, Branch Head Hiranagar was also present at the event.
