BJP leaders, activists listen programme across UT

SRINAGAR/JAMMU, Apr 30: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) organised various programmes all over UT of J&K to listen the 100th episode of Mann Ki Baat of Prime Minister, Narendra Modi today.

A grand programme was held by party at Srinagar in Kashmir Valley where party national general secretary incharge J&K, Tarun Chugh listened the programme along with hundreds of party men and senior leaders who included BJP J&K general secretary and former Minister, Sunil Sharma, party spokesperson, Altaf Thakur, Arif Raja incharge Central Kashmir and district president, Srinagar Ashok Bhat had organised the programme.
Tarun Chugh on the occasion, said that the Prime Minister’s “ Mann ki Baat” programme has set a new narrative in the country which celebrates achievements of common man.
Chugh said as the Prime Minister addressed 100th episode of the programme and a new world record has been set.
He said the programme has not only built an intense connect between the PM and the people but has also helped to boost his international stature as it is telecast in 11 international languages simultaneously.
MP (LS), Jugal Kishore Sharma listened the programme at Gole Gujral, Talab Tillo, Jammu in presence of a large number of party men including senior functionaries like party spokesperson, Abhinav Sharma, media incharge, Dr Pardeep Mahotra including party’s coordinator Mann Ki Baat, Sanjay Baru, district president, Pramod Kapahi, Mandal president, Keshaw Chopra, Parnesh Mahajan, Satpal Karlupia, Neelam Nargotra etc.
Jugal Kishore Sharma said that PM’s Mann Ki Baat is gaining popularity day by day which had a great impact on the lives of the people and boosted their morale values. He said Modi is the most popular leader in the world after Mahatma Gandhi.
Hundreds of people joined MP (RS) Gulam Ali Khatana to listen the Mann Ki Baat at Eidgah Ground, Sunjawan road in Jammu. Speaking on the occasion, Khatana said through Mann Ki Baat PM, Narendra Modi has directly connected to the people in length and breadth of India irrespective of their caste, creed, or religion.
Former Deputy CM, Kavinder Gupta also listened the Mann Ki Baat along with hundreds of party men at Gandhi Nagar today. Speaking on the occasion he said through this popular Radio programme people feel that the PM is one among them like their family member.
Under the leadership of J&K Waqf Board, chairperson, Dr Darakhshan Andrabi a grand conclave was organised at Tagore Hall Srinagar to celebrate the 100 th episode of PM’s public outreach programme Mann Ki Baat. Dr Andrabi expressed extreme joy over the fact that J&K Waqf Board is organizing such a grand conclave for the first time in the history of several decades and taking forward the development agenda of PM, Narendra Modi.
Deputy Mayor Jammu, Baldev Singh Billawaria listened the Mann Ki Baat at Ambika Colony, R S Pura along with hundreds of party activists.
Speaking on the occasion, Billawaria said people themselves are connecting with PM through Mann Ki Baat and they are feeling close to PM through this programme.
Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK) Reasi under the aegis of SKUAST –J organised the live broadcasting propgramme of 100th episode of Mann Ki Baat at Malad village of Reasi. The prgramme was organized under the direction of Director Extension, Prof S K Gupta of SKUAST –J.
Former Legislator and senior BJP leader, Vikram Randhawa also organized a programme at Jammu in which large number of people participated. Speaking on the occasion, Randhawa said the Mann Ki Baat is a historic moment and it has become a key pillar of Government’s citizenship outreach programme.
BJP, district president, Jammu South, Rekha Mahajan listened the Mann Ki Baat programme along with hundreds of party activists at Senior Citizens Rejuvenation Centre, Trikuta Nagar Jammu.
Speaking on the occasion she called it an inspiring initiative to connect with the masses.
State IT Head BJP, Ishant Gupta and Pawan Kumar Dhunna , BJP president Ward No 50, Channi Himmat held programme at Channi Himmat to listen the Mann Ki Baat in which hundreds of party activists also participated.
BJP Kashmir Displaced District (KDD) also organised programmes at different places to listen the Mann Ki Baat of PM Modi. A large number of party activists attended the programme under the leadership of senior leaders including former MLC , G L Raina, president KDD, Chand Ji Bhat and co-incharge KDD, H L Bhat.
Former Dy Mayor and spokesperson BJP, Purnima Sharma along with large number of party men listened the Mann Ki Baat Ward No 19, Jammu. On the occasion Prabhari BJP Jammu East, Rajiv Charak and Party’s OBC Morcha president Sunil Prajapati were also present. Purnima while speaking on the occasion said listening the 100 episode of popular Radio programme of PM Mann Ki Baat is a historical occasion.
