Due to the worst condition of the 11 km long road starting from Dhabi of Dinga Amb of Kathua district to Goran in Samba district people are facing many hardships, said the residents of the area. More than 10,000 population is suffering a lot due to damaged road and negligent attitude of PWD Department and public representative. No funds have been so far allotted for the completion of the road.
The height of Government is that it did not bother to clear the boulders and land sliding for restoration of road during last 15 days . The people have made hue and cry and protested number of times against the callousness of the Government but did not get any response so far. The people have also a lot of resentment against the local MLA for ignoring the area all together.
A Junior Engineer of PWD Department said that the matter is reported to senior officers and funds are required for the construction of road.
