KATHUA, May 3: The residents of Ward No 4, Kathua held a protest demonstration against the Jal Shakti Department for its failure in regular supply of drinking water. Number of residents including the women and children assembled in front of Jal Shakti Department and raised strong protest against it.
The protestor Kartar Chand said that there is no regular water supply in their Ward. Most of the pipes are rusted and mudy water released from these pipes is not consumable as it is totally muddy. They demanded the regular clean water supply to their areas.
