DODA, Sept 23: A pedestrian died in hit and run case in Domail area of Bhaderwah here.
As per police sources, a pedestrian identified as Ramesh Kumar, a resident of Bhalote was crossing the road when a biker hit him. The biker later escaped from the spot.
The seriously injured pedestrian was rushed to Sub District Hospital (SDH) Bhaderwah, where doctors declared him as brought dead.
The body of the deceased has been shifted to mortuary of SDH Bhaderwah for completion of medical and legal formalities.
A case under relevant sections has been registered at Police Station Bhaderwah and investigation started.
