Patanjali to organize Shivar/tests on obesity

JAMMU, Feb 14: Patanjali Yogpeeth, Haridwar, is going to organize a research based Shivar/tests in 60 districts of all over India on obesity by the blessings and guidelines of Param Pujya Swami Ramdev Ji Maharaj.
This was disclosed in a press conference by Bansi Lal Sharma, incharge, Patanjali Yogpeeth, J&K unit. He said that in today’s world due to hectic life style and irregular eating habits almost everyone is suffering from obesity and it is the main reason for having many diseases like Hypertension, diabetics, cancer etc.
Sharma said that, for these shivers we have to select five volunteers from every district and they will get the training from Patanjali Yog Peeth Haridwar in the able guidance of Param Pujya Swami ji from 3rd of March to 8th of March.
After completing their training these volunteers will have to organize at least four shivers after every three months in a year in their respective district and for these shivers they have to register and identify at least 200 persons suffering by obesity from the district. The registration will be based on first come first serve basis.
The expenses for having tests will be borne by Patanjali Yog Peeth Haridwar only.
For participating in these shivers the interested persons have to fill up the registration form and also have to get the membership of the Sanstha. They will get the form copy from any Patanjali authorized Chakitsalya, Arogya Kendra, Bharat Swabhiman Karyalya or through the Patanjali Yog Shikshaks.
Every registered person must have to follow the diet schedule given by the Patanjali Yog Samiti also.
