KATRA/ REASI, Mar 28: Former Member Parliament Ch Lal Singh today said that political parties spreading rumours against Dogra Swabhimaan Sangthan will die their own death.
Addressing large election rallies at Katra, Reasi, Salal and Arnas today, Ch Lal Singh said that it is very unfortunate that some of the political parties are spreading rumours against Dogra Swabhimaan candidate in the election campaign and on social networking sites. It is indeed a well thought-out poll strategy to garner support by hook or by crook, he added.
“It has been seen earlier also that such type of incidents of spreading the rumours against each other has been seen in Indian politics. If NC, Cong and PDP can unite to fight the election then spreading rumours can be seen as a very small incident. It seems that they have lost the faith of winning the election,” Lal Singh remarked.

He said these parties have understood that the only way they can defeat DSS, that is getting more and more public support is by spreading rumours and discrediting them.
Lal Singh further said that the Government at the Centre has already spread the hoax that they are working for the poor and labour class of India, but when the BJP policy has to be implemented in Jammu then the GST of 18% on the labourers working in the foothills of Mata Vaishno Devi is implemented.
” Dogra Swabhimaan Sangathan’ strongly condemns such type of policies which are spoiling the weaker sections of the Jammu. No such type of tax was there in 2013. When the NDA has come in power such type of taxes are imposed on the labour class of the Jammu province. Shame on the local BJP leadership as they remained busy in spreading rumours and filling own coffers and did nothing on the ground,” he added.
Dr Hari Dutt Shishu, Suresh Gupta, Retd IGP Kamal Saini, Bhupinder Singh, Jarnail Singh, VK Rai, Hoshiar Singh, Manohar Lal, Sher Singh, Sohan Chand also accompanied Ch Lal Singh.
