JAMMU, Mar 28: Ramada Jammu City Centre, Jammu’s first Art Hotel, is organising “Flavors of the Land”–a food festival offering traditional Dogri and Kashmiri cuisine at its newly opened Chinar Restaurant. The festival will be held between 7 pm to 11 pm from tomorrow to April 5.
Food lovers can dig into Peede De Rajma, Maa Da Madra, Desi Kukkad, Paya Shorba, Murgh Badami Shorba, Gushtaba, Mirchi Korma, Tabak Maaz, and finish it off with desserts such as Faluda Kulfi, Kashmiri Phirni and Kyuur and Rasmalai.
Siddhant Chowdhary, Managing Director Ramada Jammu City Centre said, “Unlike the other food festivals, we have brought a new concept of a TDH menu where we would be introducing ‘Amuse Bouche’ as well which would be a first for the people of Jammu”.
Raju Chowdhary, Chairman, KC Group and Ramada Jammu City Centre said, “For this Festival Celebrity Chef Javeed Waza was specially flown from the Kashmir Valley along with his team and renowned Dogra Cuisine Chef Qattar who over the years have attended various food festivals and reunions at New Delhi and Bengaluru. This festival is the perfect example of unity in diversity that is so special to India.”
The vegetarian table d’hôte menu will be available for Rs 799, whereas the non-vegetarian table d’hôte menu will be available for Rs 999 and Rs 1099.
