The brain child of Gurpal Singh Kalra, fondly known as Pali, started his business with four hotels in J&K i.e, two in Pahalgam and two in Ladakh. He is a big foodie himself, who travels extensively to the hinterlands of the country to learn different cuisines and is one who prepares new cuisines every year.
Pali Caters had its prestigious clients such as Maharaja of Patiala, Surjit Singh Barnal, Punjab Chief Minister, Parkash Singh Badal, the Ambassador of Ghana, family of super cops KPS Gill and many high profile personalities of Punjab and others states.
The company has undertaken many projects from Jammu in North to Kolkata in East and far off cities like Bhopal, Banaras, Kanpur, including the Non Resident Indians (NRI’s) from the United Kingdom, USA, Australia and Canada.
The company has also served Jammuites with its wide range of both veg and non veg along with the best catering services.
Pali observed that exclusive relationships are the key to growing volumes in the catering business. He worked to develop those relationships and is now one of the most preferred Hi-end caterers of the Tricity.
