Pak again violates ceasefire

JAMMU, Apr 19: In yet another incident of ceasefire violation, Pakistan today violated the truce agreement and shelled forward Indian Posts along the Line of Control (LoC) in Poonch district.
“Pakistani army initiated indiscriminate firing of small arms, automatic and mortars today at  11.15 am on Army posts along the Line of Control in Poonch sector,” sources said.
He said that the Army posts strongly and effectively retaliated after which the firing stopped at around 1.30 pm. On April 17, hundreds of border dwellers migrated to safer locations and camps as Pakistani army shelled forward posts and villages in Nowshera Sector of Rajouri district.
However, no casualties or damage was reported in Pakistan shelling and firing on Indian posts.
