RAJOURI, June 30: A pedestrian was killed while three others travelling in a car were injured in separate road accidents, here today.
Reports said that an unknown vehicle hit a pedestrian at Siot Petrol Pump resulting into on the spot death of the victim. The deceased was identified as Yash Paul (60), son of Sulu Ram of Siot, sector Dharamsal.
The vehicle involved in the accident fled away while Police has registered a case in this connection.
In another road accident, this afternoon, three persons were injured when an Alto car (JK08- 6315) skipped into gorge at Narian under the jurisdiction of Police Post Chingus. The car was on way from Rajouri to Nowshera when it met with the accident. The injured were shifted to SDH Nowshera.
