JAMMU, Dec 24: A biker was seriously injured, when he was hit by a speedy truck, from behind, at Bhambala road, falling under the jurisdiction of Rajbagh Police Station, late this evening.
According to police, a biker was seriously injured, when he was hit by a speedy truck from behind at 9.00 pm, today. The seriously injured biker has been identified as Dharam Pal son of Khem Raj who was coming from Kathua and returning to his home.
Police party from Rajbagh Police Station, shifted the injured to District Hospital, Kathua, later, doctors shifted him to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) for specialized treatment.
The truck has been seized and driver has been arrested. Meanwhile Rajbagh Police has have taken cognizance of the matter.
