Jammu, Dec 24: Lord Mahavira Playway School celebrates cultural-cum-Grand parent’s and Christmas Day programme today in the school premises at Shiv Nagar, here today.
The function began with cutting of ribbon by the chief Guest of the function, Yudhvir Sethi, Sr. Leader BJP & Incharge Jammu- Poonch Constituency in presence of the guest of honour Ashish Sareen, Vice President of BJP Youth, Surinder Sharma, Chairman of the School and Madhu Sharma, Principal.
Vice Principal, Anu Radha Saraf presented welcome address and also highlighted the efforts of the Management and staff in providing quality education to students.
Yudhvir Sethi appreciated children who presented commendable cultural items.
He said that Grandparents are a bundle of joy for a family and teach us the importance, patience and compassion in keeping a family together.
During the celebration children presented commendable cultural items like fancy dress and dance items which were appreciated by grand Parents and all others. Grandparents also played some joyful games.
At the end Principal, Madhu Sharma presented vote of thanks and also distributed gifts among the Grandparents.
