JAMMU, Mar 7: PCC (I) chief Prof Saif-ud-Din Soz has appointed Salman Nizami as Pradesh Congress Committee(I) Joint Secretary for Jammu and Kashmir.
Prof Soz issued a letter to this effect to Mr Nizami today.
The appointment has the approval of AICC (I) vice president Rahul Gandhi and AICC (I) general secretary, Incharge J&K Ambika Soni.
