JAMMU, Apr 22: A Mega Multi-Speciality Health Camp was organised here today at Gurudwara Shri Guru Ravi Dass Ji Maharaj Bahu Fort by NHPC R-O Jammu in collaboration with Diva International Foundation.
The camp was inaugurated by Ram Swroop, Executive Director NHPC R-O Jammu.
Speaking on the occasion, Ram Swroop expressed extreme pleasure to see the poor people especially those from the slum areas availing benefits of the camp.
It is pertinent to mention here that Ram Swroop helped most of the flood victims during the devastating floods in August 2025.
During the camp, doctors examined the patients and distributed medicines free of cost. Blood tests were also conducted for cholesterol, thyroid, etc. Dentists and eye specialists also examined the patients while doctors from AYUSH Department also distributed medicines.
Amardeep Singh, Incharge Diva International Foundation and his staff served the patients in the camp.
Office bearers of Guru Ravi Dass Sabha Bahu Fort felicitated Ram Swroop with preamble of Constitution of India.
Prof. C.L Shivgotra, Sham Lal Kalsi, Vikas Kalsi, Mangat Kalsi, Rajesh Kumar, Joginder Kumar, Veena Bakshi, Om Prakash Thapa, Ram Lal, Rattan Lal along with officers from NHPC and others were also present on this occasion.
