Natrang stages play ‘Topian’

JAMMU, May 19: Theatre group ‘Natrang’ here today staged the play ‘Topian’ written by Mani Madhukar and directed by Balwant Thakur.
The play is story of two neighbours who pledge to change the political scene and are shown looking for alternatives.
Over the time when they find that nothing is changing, the slogans of socialism are furthering the divide between rich and poor, quality of life is deteriorating day by day and the security of life and property is at the mercy of God. When both these neighbours muster courage and strip the person selling dreams they found that inside clothes he is the same person who every time use to come in different attire.
Those who acted in the play were Chirag Anand, Sushant Singh Charak and Udit Sagar.
The lights of the play were designed by Neeraj Kant whereas Aarti Devi scored music of the play.
The show was coordinated by Mohd. Yaseen and the presentations were done by Kananpreet Kaur.
