JAMMU, May 23: The J&K Branch of Northern India Regional Council (NIRC) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) organized a branch-level CA Students’ National Talent Search 2026-27.
The mega event was held over a period of two days (May 22 and 23, 2026) at ICAI Bhawan, Jammu and eight distinct competitions were held.
Speaking on the occasion, Chairman of the J&K Branch, CA Amit Gupta, expressed pride on the talent showcased by the students.
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from CA students across the region and the winners will now have the opportunity to represent J&K Branch at Regional Level.
In Poetry Competition, first prize was won by Amulaya Mahajan and second by Vasu Suri; in Sketching, first prize was won by Rhythm Jain and second by Harkirat Kour; in Elocution Competition, first prize was won by Kusha Sharma and second by Maniya Gupta; in debate competition, first prize was won by Arnav Gupta and second by Namit Jain; in quiz competition the winning team included Ajay Angral and Aditya Hans; in Pitch Deck Competition, the winning team included Akash Phull and Pranav Kakkar; in Chess Competition, first prize was won by Rithik Sharma and second by Rishabh Rathore and in Instrumental Music, first prize was won by Aadhya Gupta and second by Radhika.
The event was coordinated and managed by the Managing Committee members including CA Jatin Malhotra (vice chairman), CA Sourav Pargal (immediate past chairman), CA Ayush Mahajan (treasurer) and CA Ayush Sawhney (executive member).
