Month of controversies

Sir,
The coalition Govt in the State is more than one month old. Assesing the present Govt it is observed that the achievements of this Govt have been more in the form of controversies than solutions. The release of a detained militant led to protest all over India. Another controversy pertained to  planning rehabilitation of Kashmiri Pandit migrants in security zone clusters of the Valley, which resulted in demonstrations across the Valley. Further, the decision of setting up of AIIMS in the Valley was resulted by Jammu based organisations. The coalition Govt has inherent conflicts because of their vote base. The essence of politics is simple. Retain your vote base. But at what cost ? Not  at the cost of a commonman. The commonman whether living in an urban, rural or tribal area looks upto the Govt to ease his difficulties of day to day life. Commonman has a right to have quality education, quality health care, safe food and drinking water, good and safe roads, security and safety of citizens particularly of elderly and care of under privileged. The Govt should build infrastructure generate employment promote tourism and provide basic minimum needs of a commonman. Development should reach to the deprived. Development can take priority in a peaceful atmosphere. The State has witnessed enough of bloodshed. The Govt has to be prudent enough and not to take a decision which can disturb peace in the State. The Govt appears to be in a financial crisis. The PDD has shown a defecit of more than 5000 crores. The Govt has decided to make all Gazetted and  non-Gazetted appointments on contractual basis henceforth. This will give rise to adhocism without any accountability. The pensioners are yet to receive the arrears of 6th Pay Commission revision.
Yours etc…
