JAMMU, Nov 16: MLA Raipur Domana, Bharat Bushan inaugurated two transformers of 100 and 250 kv respectively at Sari and Surkhsa Vihar Paloura Top today at separate two functions.
The people of the respective localities participated in these functions and highlighted their other demands on the occasion.
The transformers were installed at a cost of Rs 8 lakh. Addressing the public meetings on the occasion Bharat Bushan assured full support to the people in getting their grievances settled. He said the development of the constituency is his top priority. He also assured the residents of Paloura that drainage works will be taken up in hand soon as he has taken up the issue with concerned Engineering Departments.
Besides others, O P Sharma, Rajinder Kapoor, Ashok Singh Manhas ex corporator addressed the meeting at Surksha Vihar while Sarpanch Raghubir Singh and Bal Krishan addressed the meeting at Sari.
