UDHAMPUR, Nov 1: Police traced out a missing housewife.
As per police sources, a written complaint was lodged by a man namely Bablu Kumar, son of Amar Chand, a resident of Pachound Number 1, Tehsil Latti with Police Station Basantgarh stating that his wife namely Santosh Devi (24) went missing from his house.
Acting over the complaint, a missing report was entered into the daily dairy of the Police Station Basantgarh and hunt was launched to trace out the missing lady.
A team led by SHO Basantgarh Inspector Kulbir Singh Choudhary with assistance of Incharge Police Post Dudu ASI Naseeb Singh conducted raids in different areas and finally traced out the missing woman.
After completing legal formalities, the woman was handed over to legal heirs.
