JAMMU, Aug 3: A team of doctors comprising Dr Baljit Singh and Dr Gurpreet Singh today held a medical camp at Ved Mandir Balniketan here at Ambphalla.
During the camp, the doctors administered third dose of Hepatitis-B to 130 children of Ved Mandir Balniketan and Balika Niketan besides care takers of these children.
It may be recalled that first and second doses were given by the team of doctors of January 5, 2014 and February 9, 2014, respectively.
The doctors further assured the management of Ved Mandir Balniketan that regular support to ensure good health of the orphan children shall be provided in future too.
The administration of Ved Mandir expressed their gratitude to the doctors for their philanthropic act of extending bounteous hands for protecting the children and their caretakers from deadly disease of Jaundice.
