JAMMU, Feb 16: In order to strengthen the organisation, Mashkoor Ilahi Khan has been made State General Secretary of National Secular Forum(NSF).
This was announced by Dr Sukhdev Singh, President NSF, who advised the newly appointed State General Secretary to raise issues of students and to make efforts for getting them solved so as to establish trust amongst the student fraternity.
He also advised the General Secretary to constitute district units and continue struggling till the statehood is restored.
