SRINAGAR: Minister for Health and Medical Education Devinder Kumar Manyal on Friday met Governor N N Vohra and briefed him about various ongoing projects for providing satisfactory healthcare facilities to the people in the State.
Dr Manyal also briefed the Governor about arrangements, including medical camps en route the holy cave shrine, which are being made for the forthcoming Amarnath yatra.
An official spokesperson said the Health Minister met Mr Vohra at the Raj Bhavan here on Friday. “Dr Manyal briefed the Governor about the various ongoing initiatives of his Department for providing satisfactory healthcare facilities to the people,” he said.
The Health Minister also informed Mr Vohra about certain other important issues relating to the functioning of departments under his charge. (AGENCIES)
