JAMMU, Sept 20: Minister for Cooperative, Dr Manohar Lal Sharma convened a meeting to review the functioning of JAKFED here today .
Managing Director, JAKFED, General Manager JAKFED and other concerned Managers were present in the meeting.
The Minister took a detailed review of the physical and financial achievements and stressed to make strenuous efforts to make JAKFED a profitable organisation.
Manohar while reviewing the business activities asked the officers to focus more attention on procurement and distribution of fertilizer.
Later, Relief material worth Rs 5,64000 arranged by JAKFED was dispatched from Jammu by Manohar Lal Sharma. The Minister assured that all efforts will be made to provide relief to the flood victims.
