Mankotia urges clerics to support separate Jammu State demand

UDHAMPUR, Apr 23: Panther Party’s State president Balwant Singh Mankotia has urged the clerics of Jammu region to support the separate Jammu statehood demand. He cautioned the people that Kashmiri leadership never wants that people of Jammu region live with dignity, peace and become economically strong. He reiterated that separate Jammu State is the viable option to come out from the slavery of Kashmir.
Mankotia was  addressing a  gathering at Thallan Roun-Domel where week long Bhagwat Saptah is being organized by Shri Kali Mata Gou Seva Samiti. Sanskrit cleric Sant Subhash Shastri is providing daily sermons about the Indian culture, history and duty of the common man in society.
While addressing the gathering at Bhagwat Saptah, Balwant Singh Mankotia made a fervent appeal to the clerics to garner the support for separate Jammu State. He requested the Sanskrit cleric to support the separate Jammu State demand to save the existence of Dogras. Mankotia said that Sanskrit scholars earlier too have projected demands related to people of Jammu region and it becomes mass movement. He said time has come to garner the support for demand of separate Jammu State.
Mankotia also interacted with the followers of Sant Subhash Shastri ji and apprised them about the current situation of Jammu and Kashmir. He asked them to support the separate Jammu State demand as people are fed up with discrimination, biased approach and total neglect in development activities. Followers of the saint assured Panther Party state president that in coming days, campaign in this regard would be started vigorously.
Panther Party’s State president also participated in the Shobha Yatra, organized by Parshuram Dal Udhampur on the eve of auspicious Parshuram Jayanti.
