KATHUA, July 30: An old man slipped and was seriously injured, while he was boarding a DMU at Dudhi, this afternoon and another person died of electric shock from water cooler, late last night at Billawar.
According to the police sources, an old man namely Chuni Lal resident of Dudhi got slipped and was seriously injured, while he was boarding a DMU at Dudhi for his journey to Jammu.
Seriously injured man was shifted to District Hospital, Kathua, but died on the way due to loss of blood. Railway police has taken cognizance of the incidence.
In an another incident, Shak Mohd, a UP labourer presently working at jeweller shop at Billawar died due to electric shock from water cooler at his rented house. Police has registered a case in this regard and started investigation.
