JAMMU, July 7: Arnia police arrested a man along with sharp edged weapon (khokri).
As per police sources, during patrolling, a team from Arnia police station intercepted a person, who was trying to hide himself after seeing police party.
During checking, police recovered sharp edged weapon (khokri) from the possession of the person and arrested him.
The accused has been identified as Harjinder Singh, son of Jagjit Singh, a resident of Marole.
A case under relevant Sections has been registered against the arrested person at Arnia police station and investigation started.
Police team led by SHO Arnia Inspector Satish Kumar made the arrest under the supervision of SDPO RS Pura Surinder Choudhary and SP Headquarters Jammu RC Kotwal.
