LC considers, returns 2 Bills

JAMMU, Apr 5: As many as two Bills were moved by the Government for consideration and returned in the Legislative Council today. After brief discussion, the House considered and returned the Bills unanimously.
Minister for Urban Development and Urban Local Bodies, Nawang Rigzin Jora today move a Bill to establish a property Tax Board in the State and for the matters connected therewith or incidental thereto (L.A Bill No. 11 of 2011) as passed by the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly and as reported by the Joint Select Committee.
Minister of State for Industries and Commerce Sajjad Ahmed Kitchloo today move a Bill to provide for maintenance, creation, marketing, management and other affairs of the Golf Courses in the State (L.A Bill No. 12 of 2013) as passed by the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly.
