LEH, June 2: The Union Ministry of Home Affairs today appointed senior IAS officer Dr Pawan Kotwal as Advisor to the Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh.
Umang Narula, the incumbent Advisor, has been shifted to New Delhi.
Dr Kotwal is an IAS officer of 1994 batch while Narula is 1989 batch officer. Both of them belonged to erstwhile Jammu and Kashmir cadre, now AGMUT.
