KATHUA Feb 13:Kathua Police in a rescue operation succeeded in saving two precious lives who were trapped in river Ravi.
Two persons namely Surinder Singh, S/o Vijay Singh of Beas Amritsar, Punjab and Luvpreet Singh S/o Lakhvinder Singh of Gurdaspur Punjab were trapped in flooded river Ravi.
Instantly after receiving the information, Shridhar Patil , SSP Kathua along with Nasir Ahmed Additional SP Kathua and K.D.Bhagat, Dy.SP DAR Kathua rushed to the spot and launched rescue operation without losing any time with the assistance of CISF and SDRF teams to save the precious lives.
After strenuous efforts Kathua police succeeded in saving precious lives from the clutches of death.
