JAMMU, Nov 26: A meeting of Jammu Kashmir Government Teachers forum (JKGTF) was held here today at Zone Bhalwal, under the chairmanship of district president Jammu, Vijay Kumar.
During the meeting, the burning issue of pending salaries of ReT, RReTs under SSA was highlighted and the Education Minister was urged to solve this issue. The meet also demanded detachment of the ReTs and RReTs, who are attached in the office of ZEOs, CEOs, DSEJ since years without any requirement for the same.
The JKGTF appealed the Minister to issue a strict order so that these teaching officials are detached and adjusted in their original place of postings since students may not suffer more.
The meeting was attended by Mohd Yusuf, Ravinder Kumar, Saleem Khan, Umrar Khan, Zaheer Ahmad, Mohd Sabir, Khalil Ahmad and others.
