JAMMU, June 9: A meeting of Jammu and Kashmir Agriculture Technocrats Association (JKATA) was held here today under the presidentship of Dr Surinder Radotra to discuss various issues and unmet demands of ReZs including publication of second list of 881 candidates of Jammu and Kashmir as the Village Agriculture Extension Assistants with effect from April 1, 2015.
While speaking on the occasion, Dr Surinder Radotra said that we are waiting for the list of regularization for 2nd phase, since 3 months. We are unable to understand the delay in the publication of regularization list, as when BJP and PDP were in the opposition they pressurized the then Government for early and timely publication of lists on daily basis, but now when they are in full power in the State they are so unaware of the situation as they have never supported us.
Dr Radotra said that Chief Minister Mufti Mohd Sayeed and Deputy CM Dr Nirmal Singh have strongly favoured and advocated our cause but since they have taken their respective offices they haven’t come with the concrete solution. They have not even bothered about asking their administration as what is going on with the regularization process of pending ReZ candidates.
JKATA president warned the collition Government that if the 2nd phase list as per Cabinet decision for both the regions is not published within days, the association will launch constituency wise protest in the State and won’t hesitate to come on roads.
