JAMMU, Sept 23: Jammu Institute of Ayurveda and Research (JIAR) organized a free Kshar-Sutra camp at Baldhotra Medical Hall, Khamb RS Pura.
The camp was inaugurated by Prof Garu Ram Bhagat, MLA RS Pura in presence of Dr Rajeev Sharma, BMO, RS Pura and Dr CR Shivgotra, General Surgeon.
During the camp, a team of experts headed by Dr Vishal Khanna, Asstt Prof, JIAR treated about 200 patients by Kshar-Sutra procedures. Free medicines for a week were also given to the patients.
Dr Roop Lal Sharma, Chairman JIAR said that such camps will be organized in future in other areas of Jammu in the interest of patients.
Among others present were Dr Sonu Baldhotra, Dr Abhineet Raina, Dr Ankush Bhardwaj, Dr Asheesh Khajuria, Dr Anil Jaiswal, Dr Hemakshi Raina, Dr Shivani Bansal, Dr Venus Vaid and Dr Abhilasha Mahajan.
