The delegation demanded a time-bound judicial or magisterial inquiry into the incident to fix responsibility. It was strongly demanded that the role of the college administration and organizers be thoroughly investigated; accountability of staff members responsible for supervision be clearly established; any lapse in safety arrangements, transport, or emergency response be identified and strict legal action be taken against anyone found guilty of negligence.
The Additional Divisional Commissioner gave a patient hearing to the concerns and assured that the matter would be examined seriously and action would be taken as per law.
All J&K Jatt Sabha firmly stated that this is not just an accident, but a matter of accountability, and any attempt to shield the guilty will not be tolerated. The Sabha warned that if justice is delayed or denied, it will be forced to intensify its agitation.
The Sabha reiterated its unwavering support and solidarity with the victim’s family and demanded strict and exemplary punishment for those found responsible.
