JAMMU, May 7: IWash Laundromats and Dry Cleaning today opened Live Laundary and Dry Cleaning unit at Gandhi Nagar, Jammu, near Laxmi Narayan Temple.
The unit was inaugurated by Abhinav Arya, Country Head, IWash Laundromats and Dry Cleaning and Anand Dubey, Country Head, Alliance Laundry Systems.
While speaking on the occasion, Abhinav Arya said the unit is first of its kind not only in J&K but in India also, which will provide state of the art laundry and dry cleaning solutions including sofa cleaning, curtain cleaning, carpet cleaning car interior, floor cleaning and scrubbing, wooden floor cleaning, sanitization of kitchen, washroom, etc, in addition to live laundry and dry cleaning, at reasonable rates.
“At IWash we are building India’s first organized chain of laundry and home cleaning stores, focused on fostering the DIY (Do It Yourself) culture with technology at the heart of the brand, IWash also enables the time crunched customer to avail pick and drop service from the comforts of his home or office. Our turnaround time is within 24 hours along with express service (2 hours). IWash is focused on bringing the concept of Laundromats to India and giving birth to the laundry revolution in the country”, he added.
He further said, “All our IWash stores are exclusively powered by Alliance Laundry Systems USA-the world’s largest manufacturers of commercial laundry system. Each and every IWash store comes equipped with state of the art laundry machines from Alliance Laundry Systems. Quantum controls and processes have been developed and designed by Alliance exclusively for IWash. Our chemical partner is Johnson Diversey, whom we source the detergent from”.
Arya further informed that they are shortly opening 5 units simultaneously at Talab Tillo, Bathindi, Janipur, Bari Brahmana, Nai Basti and Hyderpura, Srinagar. Likewise, the units will also be opened in other parts of the State in collaboration with upcoming entrepreneurs, he said, adding, they provide complete Home/Office cleaning solutions and also offers monthly packages to the regular members for laundry and deep cleaning.
