SAMBA, Mar 22: An induction training programme for Frontline functionaries (class B and C officials) organised by Department of Personnel and Training, Govt of India successfully concluded at Samba today.
The second batch of 12 day training programme had 35 participants from Education Department.
District Development Commissioner, Sheetal Nanda delivered the keynote address on the last day with motivation as the underlying theme. She emphasised on the central theme of the programme i.e. citizen centric approach of the Govt officials. She stressed on the present day expectations from the citizens for efficient service delivery. She also stressed on the importance of teachers in the growth of students and bright future of the country through social development.
The programme was attended by Prof Neena Bhalla, Prof Jyoti Sadhu and Rajinder Singh from IMPA, AD Employment Vikram Sharma, BDO Monica Thappa and AO Rakesh Kumar(Trainers for the programme).
