We, the pensioners of State Government want to bring into your kind notice that due to high prices of essential drugs the pensioners are facing tough time. Previous State Governments were requested so many times to increase the monthly Medical Allowance in respect of State Government pensioners. But the Government did nothing and always turned deaf ear to the genuine demands of the pensioners.
As the pensioners of State Government have expectations from the Governor’s the plight of the State Government pensioners and order enhancement of Medical Allowance from present Rs 300/- to Rs 3000 per month. It is also requested to kindly take up the matter of the pensioners regarding revised 7th Pay Commission arrears / pension with Accountant General office, J&K, Jammu. It may be mentioned here that the cases of pensioners are pending for a long time in Accountant General’s Office.
